The Word of God is even more powerful. Both spoken and written word.

God created the world by his word. God said….and it happened.
Isaiah 55:8-11
God’s word will accomplish His purpose and will succeed in the thing that he sent it.
Must read our bibles which is God’s written word.

Hebrews 4:12
• The word of God is living and active
• Sharper than a two edged sword
• Piercing to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow
• Discerns the thought and intentions of the heart

II Peter 1:3-4
• God’s divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness
• How? Through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence
• God granted us promises so that we may be partakers of the divine nature, escaping from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desires

I Peter 1:23-25
• through the living and abiding word of God we are born again

I Thessalonians 2:13
• The word of God is at work in believers

1 Peter 2:2
• We are to long for the pure spiritual milk that by the milk we will grow up into salvation
