Minestrone Recipe From My New Cookbook

Minestrone with Fennel and Wild Garlic.

My first attempt at making this recipe. I did have to make some substitutions. For one thing my minestrone does not contain garlic chives, fava beans or fregula pasta. These items are not in my local store. 😢
